How do payments work?
A 70% deposit is required to begin fabrication. The remaining 30% is due at dispatch. Payment details and the scope of your order are confirmed in your quotation.
How long will my order take?
Fabrication takes approximately 60 days from confirmed order and deposit. International shipping and delivery to your final destination take additional time, which is estimated in your quotation.
Can I choose custom dimensions?
Yes. Share your preferred dimensions, materials and finish. We will confirm feasibility and final specifications before fabrication.
Where do you deliver?
We serve customers in the United States and Canada. Freight, destination charges and final delivery arrangements are confirmed in your quotation.
Does the quote include shipping and import charges?
Your quotation will specify which costs are included and which, if any, are payable separately. Review those details before confirming your order.
